The ferry reservation service is very easy to use and our confirmation and tickets were sent immediately by email.

I am very disappointed because I pay for an insurance and I when I cancelled my ticket, I've been refund only 104 € despite I pay 175€ !

What service ? I was sent tickets - but they were not tIckets - you had to go exchange them for tickets. What a ripoff

tout est très bien fait, il manque juste la possibilité d'introduire les codes promotionnelles, ou du moins je n'ais pas vu comment je pouvais le faire sur votre site, par contre chez moby ils le propose en évidence. merci et bonne journée. Rudi Vogel

i received a reservation number but I do not know what or where I actually pick up tickets. I will be arriving on Holland America Nieuw Amsterdam on Aug. 13, and if you could explain the procedure and where to go from the port would be helpful. If that info is explained then your service would be excellent. thanks, Ronald Miller

Internet-Auftritt sehr gut, Buchungen sind einfach vorzunehmen, Meine Frage wurde umgehend per E-Mail beantwortet (telefonisch meldete sich allerdings niemand). Wegen eventueller Sprachschwierigkeiten ist es auch per E-Mail besser. Alles in allem ging die Buchung und Kommunikation sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Sehr empfehlenswert! Besten Dank;-)

The online booking service was efficient, self explanatory and easy to follow. A quick response was received for the confirmation as well as the reply by way of an e-mail with the tickets as an attachment. I would definitely use this service and recommend to anyone travelling in Italy.

Facilité de réserver très bien. Par contre le prix pour réserver à partir d'internet est indécent + 10 euros. LE PIRE C'EST LE PRIX QUI CHANGE EN 2 JOURS QUI PASSE DE 52.9 EURS à 57.50 EUROS POUR LE TRAJET STROMBOLI-MILAZZO.

Very easy to use

It was very confusing to pick up the tickets from ticket agents as the website says. Agents of ticket offices were unsure how online tickets worked. Part of the problem was that the actual company operating the ferry was different from what the website said. Also, it should be noted that people at hotels do not have easy access to printers to print emailed tickets.

we apologize for this inconvenience, the two ferry companies performing this route employing a unique ship and it is therefore permitted to board with tickets of both companies. Both companies, however, require the original ticket which must be collected at the port before departure by showing the printed voucher we send. I have received fast and reliable service with booking my tickets.

Very good and quite user friendly site. The only issue I had was once I made a return trip inquiry there was no option to make just a one way trip without a return journey input. I had to get out of the site and back in again to remove the return journey drop down box selection. In other programs there is an option for either just one way as well as return.

Process was fast and easy. Received tickets within E-mail within 24 hours.

Great, prompt service! Even called me when they couldn't get through with my email account.
