I reserved a ferry ticket from Capri to Napoli using OK Ferry. It was very easy and fast. I received a confirmation email quickly. The cost was accurately reflected on my credit card. So far so good! Thank you OK Ferry!! We cannot wait for the trip.

The response received from OK Ferry was very timely and we had our tickets within 24 hours.

Every thing was fine. However, I usually get tickets immediately when I book on the internet E.G. theatre tickets. It can be worrying if you have to wait before the ticket is e-mailed. This is not your fault, it is a systems error. In addition, I originally tried to book the ticket in February. The web site let me - but a ticket was never sent. I was too early but this was not shown on the site.

Mit ihrer Dienstleistung bin ich grundsätzlich zufrieden. Zu bemängeln ist einzig die Grösse der Schrift auf der Fahrkarte - so klein, kaum zu lesen! Einen Wunsch hätte ich auch noch: detaillierte Angaben und Fotos von den Rollstuhl-Kabinen.

Very efficient service with reassuring immediate e mail confirmation, soon followed by text message and then an e mail with the tickets within 5 hours. Slightly disconcerting that the tickets show every passenger as male and Italian, which apparently doesn't matter!

I have just one complaint: booking tax is very high

I booked this service for ferry connections in Italy. At the time of booking, the particular ferry service had not opened their service, and OK Ferry booking notified me of this and held all my information then re-opened the booking once the lines were opened. I was very impressed that OK Ferry service kept me informed and up to date with my booking.
