I booked ferries at late notice. There was a change to the stated time and I was immediately telephoned by your agent, Francesca, to notify me of the change (on a Sunday evening I might add). In addition to advising me of this Francesca also assisted with another issue where my bank witheld the payment. I cannot recommend the service highly enough and Francesca deserves a commendation!

When we arrived in positano to take the ferry back we were informed that there was no ferry today. It was up to us to try and arrange a refund and get alternative transportation to sorrento. Given that you had our email it was very disappointing to not receive any advance Notice that the ferry was cancelled. more to say but limited characters so such much for feedback

In dem Mail mit meinen Tickets für die Fähren waren neben den Geschäftsbedingungen nur ein leeres Dokument. Also kein Ticket zum Ausdrucken. Habe sofort reklamiert. Antwort läasst auf sich warten :(

It was incredible. I paid the round trip tickets before departure, but Caremear did not have any record of the code number not even my name. After 20 min they could manage to infere my name in Naples as well as in Ischia. Id frecomend to but tickets directly with the transport company. Rgds Aurelñiano
