The site is easy to use, but for a foreign which does not know every city and stop, it would help to have a description and map for each stop - for instance, Napoli has 4 options, I could not be sure about which one to choose. Also, my wife was labelled "male" in the ticket, although I had no option to add gender when buying! That was upsetting!

It was actually hard to find the site, and the fact that my Travel agency did not know how to get from Italy to Sicily didn't make it any easier. When I at last found it, I had no problems using it, and got response very fast.

Tickets were not sent via email, could not print to board the ferry or call the office as the opening hours were after the departure time at 8.05am. Easier and cheaper to buy tickets at the port costing only 19.10 with no €12 booking fee. Just go straight to the ticket desk at the port.

I haven't received an email the ferry ticket I have booked. If you can include the link for my ticket on this survey, it will be much easier for your customers. Moreover, I live in America, it is not clear if I can book the tickets by using American dollars. I hope you have this information on your website, that way will be easier for anyone to understand the booking information. Overall good job!

Quick, efficient service.

The information regarding the ferry (like open deck, armchair) should be posted at selecting the time. Except for that it is fine.

Handy website because it was in English. However in booking a ferry from Ischia to Sorrento it wasn't clear 1 bag was allowed anyway so I book a bag each at extra cost. It seems I have now booked and paid for 2 bags each.

Quick and easy. The only problem was American Express card payments were not available.

Service was great. Company went out of the way to alert me that there was an issue with my payment, which allowed me to get things sorted out before I arrived in Italy. Excellent service; my only suggestion would be to explain that tickets from Napoli need to be exchanged for boarding passes; without an understanding of Italian, that's not altogether clear.
