I have been pleased with our service . It is very easy to use. The only problem is to know what is "prénom" and "nom" (in french) in your site. You don't use the word "lastname".

Hello, I booked my tickets a week ago and after being told that I would be emailed them, am still waiting to receive my tickets. The ticket fares have been credited from my account without any receipt of the tickets. I have tried to email the company to request an update (twice) but have not heard anything back. I am growing increasingly frustrated and will not use this company again.
